Covered Apps: CleanTwin

1. Information We Collect

  • Crash diagnostics – anonymised crash reports and feature-usage counters. Never file names or content.
  • Purchase data – transaction ID, product ID, subscription status (from Apple).
  • Website logs – IP address, browser type, referrer, minimal cookies.
  • Support – e-mail address and logs you voluntarily send.

We do not collect your documents, precise location, contacts, calendars, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Data

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Apps and Services.
  • Verify licences and process payments through Apple.
  • Diagnose issues and enhance stability.
  • Respond to support requests.

We never sell or rent your data.

3. Sharing

  • Apple – distribution and in-app purchases.
  • Crash-report provider (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics) – anonymised diagnostics only.
  • Legal authorities – only when legally compelled.

4. Retention

  • Crash / analytics data: ≤ 24 months.
  • Purchase records: as required by tax laws.
  • Support e-mails: ≤ 24 months after ticket closure.

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to processing; or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Security

  • All transmissions use TLS.
  • Only anonymised diagnostics leave your device; all content analysis happens locally.

7. International Transfers
Servers may reside outside your country; we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Changes
We may update this Policy; the new version will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date”.
