Frequently asked questions

Can I show my own photos?

Yes. The Photo Frame mode pulls from your iCloud Photos shared albums or a folder on a connected NAS. Pick any album and the app rotates through it on a timer you control.

How many fireplace styles are included?

There are several real wood-burning loops in 4K plus a few stylized options (modern firepit, holiday hearth). New scenes are added in seasonal updates.

Will the crackling sound be in sync with the visuals?

Yes. Each scene has matched ambient audio. You can also mute and play music or a movie soundtrack from another app underneath.

Is OLED burn-in a concern for long sessions?

Modern OLED panels run pixel-shift and refresh routines, and the fire animation moves enough to be much safer than a static logo. Use the auto-dim setting for very long sessions and follow your TV maker's guidance.

Does it support AirPlay audio?

Yes. Send the crackling audio to a HomePod, soundbar, or any AirPlay 2 speaker via the standard Apple TV AirPlay control.
